Design and analytical session "Personnel of the agro-industrial complex of the North Caucasian Federal District: state, problems, experience of scientific analysis"

The design and analytical session was held by the Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in the framework of the strategic academic leadership program "Priority 2030" under the project "AGROKADRY-2030 (a hub of educational, digital and personnel technologies)". The meeting participants represent four regions - Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia - Alania, Stavropol. These are scientific and pedagogical workers of agricultural universities located in the North Caucasus, representatives of republican ministries that implement state policy in the field of employment and agriculture.

The meeting participants discussed the results of a scientific study conducted in November-December 2021 by specialists from the Think tank analytical research center, created at the Stavropol State Agrarian University as part of the Priority 2030 program. Head of the Department of Economic Security, Statistics and Economic Econometrics, Professor Alexei Nikolaevich Gerasimov is in charge of the work of the new scientific structure of the university. At the design and analytical session, he presented a report on the results of a survey by employees of the Think tank center of agribusiness entrepreneurs to assess the quality of training by educational institutions of workers in agricultural enterprises.

The participants took an active part in the discussion of the materials voiced by A.N. Gerasimov. Representatives of the ministries of labor of Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia - Alania and Stavropol spoke about the state of affairs with the employment of the population in agriculture in their territories.

Ekaterina Grigorievna Agalarova, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Theory, Marketing and Agroeconomics of the University, also spoke at the session. She spoke about the results of an analytical study of the labor preferences of schoolchildren in the Stavropol Territory, which was carried out within the framework of the Center for Advanced Professional Training.
