Academic Council for Research of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture

On the eve of the meeting of the Academic Council of the University, a meeting of the Academic Council was held at the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture, dedicated to the results of research activities for 2021 and the prospects for its development for 2022.

The meeting was opened with a welcoming speech by the Dean of the faculties, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko. The work of the Academic Council was attended by Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Professor Alexei Nikolaevich Bobryshev, Head of the Research and Innovation Center, Associate Professor Sergey Nikolaevich Antonov and Head of the Project Office, Associate Professor Sergey Valeryevich Masalov.

The Deputy Dean for Research, Associate Professor Aisanov Timur Soltanovich delivered the keynote speech. He spoke about the results of the scientific work of the two faculties, gave an analysis of the level of fulfillment by the employees of the criteria indicators established by the university management. In conclusion, Timur Soltanovich presented the tasks and prospects for the development of research activities of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources, ecology and landscape architecture for 2022. Then the heads of the departments made presentations, identifying the growth points of the respective teams.

The main vector for the development of the university at present is the implementation of the grant “Priority 2030”. Dean of the faculties, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko announced the prospects for projects for 2022. He provided information on the implementation of planned strategic projects and the progress in creating new innovative laboratories and centers that will conduct breakthrough research and development in the field of digitalization, biologization of agriculture, as well as breeding and seed production of crops.

In continuation of the event, the Head of the Project Office, Associate Professor Sergey Valeryevich Masalov spoke with information about the plan of criteria indicators for 2022, the achievement of which will allow the successful implementation of the grant “Priority 2030”. In conclusion, the vice-rector for scientific and innovative work, Professor Alexei Nikolaevich Bobryshev, spoke highly of the effectiveness of the work of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources, ecology and landscape architecture in terms of research and expressed great gratitude for the active work in the implementation of the grant “Priority 2030”.
