Open lecture for students from the agro-industrial holding "ECO culture"

The lecture was organized as part of the cooperation between the university and the enterprise in the direction of practical training of students with a view to their subsequent employment. The main purpose of the meeting was to introduce students to the activities of the greenhouse complex "Solnechny Dar" in the village Solnechnodolsk. Now the enterprise with an area of ​​83.27 hectares employs 1,300 employees. The main advantages of working in an agricultural holding are: unique experience, career growth opportunities and continuous professional development of future specialists.

The meeting was opened by the dean of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources and ecology and landscape architecture, doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor of the Department of Agrochemistry and Plant Physiology, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko. The meeting was also organized by the Deputy Dean for practical training of students at the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Associate Professor Alena Yurievna Ozheredova.

As part of the meeting, the head of the Human Resources department of the agricultural holding "Eco Culture" Elena Alekseevna Polousova spoke to the students.

Elena Alekseevna introduced the students to the activities of the agricultural holding "ECO Culture", presented the existing greenhouse complexes and plans to expand the production of greenhouse vegetables. On the territory of the "Solnechny Dar" greenhouse complex, the latest environmentally friendly technologies are used, which makes it possible to be the undisputed leader in the cultivation of exclusive varieties of premium tomatoes in Russia.

As part of a conversation with a representative of the company, students were offered options for technological practice and vacancies for a vegetable grower, agronomist-agrochemist, agronomist-technologist and agronomist for plant protection. Elena Alekseevna noted the high level of theoretical training of students of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources and invited them to consolidate their knowledge in practice.

As a result of the meeting, a proposal appeared to organize a visiting lecture for students at the production of this agricultural holding on the topic: “Peculiarities of the production of organic vegetables in greenhouse conditions”. Lecturers during the meeting will be: the chief agronomist - Yury Aleksandrovich Kuchinsky, the leading agronomist for plant protection - Ivan Vasilievich Cherkasov, and the head of the distribution center - Nikita Olegovich Ivanov.

The head of the Human Resources department of the agricultural holding, Elena Alekseevna Polousova, expressed her deep gratitude to the leadership of the faculty for organizing the lecture at a qualitatively high level and hope for further cooperation.
