28.01.2022

A researcher from Mexico became interested in the work of a scientist from the Stavropol State Agrarian University – acting dean of the Faculty of Social and Cultural Service and Tourism, Candidate of Economic Sciences, SSAU Anna Grigorievna Ivolga. (Anna Grigorievna is the author of scientific papers on the sustainable development of rural areas in North China, the use of the tourism potential of the North Caucasus for rural development in these regions, the development of agriculture in the context of trade integration, etc.)

The author of the course of lectures on the development of rural areas is Ana Burges, professor at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (NAUM), who studies the sustainable development of rural areas in Latin America and other continents.

Anna was interested in the research of Anna Grigorievna Ivolga, acting dean of the Faculty of Social and Cultural Service and Tourism. So a doctor of sciences from Mexico ended up in the Stavropol Territory. Together with our scientists, she studies local experience and is ready to share her best practices.

In parallel with the scientific work, the guest was offered to conduct an author's course of lectures at the university. Anna reads it in English, adapted for Russian-speaking listeners (with slower and clearer pronunciation and specially selected words. In addition, there is a Russian translation on the slides).

Anna Burges herself has been studying Russian for two years, speaks well and knows grammar, loves Russian culture. She admits that Russian is very difficult for her. But she tries to use cases correctly.

Lectures are held on Thursdays at the SSAU Boiling Point. Start at 10 o'clock. Everyone is welcome.
