At the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, a meeting was held between students of the profile "Agronomy" and representatives of "Gardens of Karachay-Cherkessia" LLC. Representatives of the enterprise provided information on the prospects for industrial practice, as well as employment of graduates. In the course of communication, students actively asked their questions, and production representatives gave exhaustive answers.
The meeting with the students, organized by the Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Nikolayevich Esaulko and Deputy Dean for Research Timur Soltanovich Aisanov, was attended by the director of the "Gardens of Karachay-Cherkessia" LLC Irina Vitalievna Kelipova, the chief agronomist of the enterprise Arsen Aidemirovich Kushkhov and agronomist-technologist Alexander Alekseevich Smirnov. They told the students that the most demanded varieties of apple and pear trees are cultivated on the farm using intensive technologies on a total area of 207 hectares.
As part of the implementation of the Priority 2030 academic strategic leadership grant, our university is successfully fulfilling the task of meeting the labor market needs for highly qualified personnel for the region, which is impossible without close cooperation between educational institutions and agricultural enterprises.
