Recent high school students, and now freshmen, tested their knowledge in various fields of activity, for example, in physics they remembered who authored the discovery of electricity, and who and when invented the first telegraph, or in which country real paper was first invented.
The 1st year students of the direction of Economics, profiles "Economics of enterprises and organizations", "Accounting, analysis and audit", "Finance and credit" participated in the intellectual competitions. Organizer of the event was Associate Professor of the Department of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy Yulia Viktorovna Orel.
Participation in the blitz tournament allowed students to broaden their horizons of knowledge by involving them in an intellectual game; develop cognitive and creative activity, instill interest in the study of subjects as the foundations of scientific knowledge.
Also, as part of the event, students watched the mini-film "The Greatest Scientific Discoveries and Achievements".
