As part of the week of science at the Faculty of Economics, the Department of Management and Management Technologies of the Faculty of Economics organized and held a round table "The direction of development of human resources in rural areas" with the participation of specialists from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory and PJSC Sberbank.
The round table "The direction of development of human resources in rural areas" was held in the newly opened laboratory "Management technologies" as part of the implementation of the program of strategic and academic leadership "Priority 2030".
The invited experts were:
Yulia Viktorovna Astashkina, Head of the Additional Office in the Additional Office 5230/0131 of the South-Western Bank of Sberbank PJSC with the report “Modern Tools for the Development of Personnel in Sberbank PJSC”,
Mankevich Sofya Yuryevna - Chief Specialist of the Department of State Civil Service and Human Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory, who introduced the round table participants to topical issues of developing the human resources potential of rural areas.
The reports presented at the round table on modern trends in the transformation of the labor market in rural areas aroused interest and discussion not only among the participants, but also among the student community.
