Business case "Budgeting in the conditions of an international company" for students of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance

The business case aroused increased attention of students, since the budgeting process as a management tool is studied by students of the direction "Economics", the profile "Accounting, Analysis and Audit" and the specialty "Economic Security" within the disciplines "Managerial Accounting" and "Budgeting and Cost Control".

On the basis of the boiling point of Stavropol State Agrarian University, within the framework of the week of science, Candidate of Economic Sciences, MBI, financial manager of the international company Danone (Netherlands) Elena Sergeevna Burykh demonstrated a unique business case "Budgeting in an international company", illustrating options for implementing budgeting functions: cost control, distribution resources, motivation of personnel to achieve strategic goals, forecasting of operating and investment activities.
