The second Intellectual games “Sciences nourish young men ...”

All the teams of the faculties of Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the traditional event II Intellectual Games “Science feeds young men ...”, held by the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education.

The performances of the teams were evaluated by a competent jury:

- Oksana Sergeevna Gavrilova - Dean of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor;

- Olga Nikolaevna Kusakina - Acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Head of the Department of Economic Theory, Marketing and Agroeconomics, Doctor of Economics, Professor;

- Valentina Sergeevna Varivoda - Deputy Dean for Educational Work of the Faculty of Social and Cultural Services and Tourism, Associate Professor;

- Vitaliy Anatolyevich Grinchenko - Deputy Dean for Research of the Electrical Power Faculty, Associate Professor of the Department of Electric Power Application in Agriculture;

- Timur Soltanovich Aysanov - Deputy Dean for Research at the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Associate Professor;

- Ekaterina Pavlovna Medvedeva - Deputy Dean for educational work of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, assistant;

- Tatyana Nikolaevna Uryadova - Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Analysis and Audit, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor;

- Nikolai Alexandrovich Maryin - Associate Professor of the Department of Technical Service, Standardization and Metrology, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor;

- Olga Leonidovna Lysanskaya - Researcher at the Department of Funds of the Stavropol State Historical, Cultural and Natural Landscape Museum-Reserve named after. G.N. Prozritelev and G.K. Right.

The game consisted of several rounds:

Round 1 - the visiting card of the Dream Team. The participants had to present their team in the community of the Stavropol State Agrarian University and demonstrate the visiting card of the environmental faculty. The jury had to evaluate the results according to the criteria: creative solution, clarity of presentation, modern approach, relevance of the idea, team style.

Round 2 – “Natural monuments of Stavropol”. Each team received a home task to get acquainted with the natural monuments of the Stavropol region and prepare a presentation project. The teams preliminarily went through a draw to choose a natural monument, about which they then presented a video film “What? Where? When?". The jury evaluated the project and its presentation. Evaluation criteria: creative solution, visibility, logic, style and scientific presentation, practical implementation, presentation aesthetics.

Round 3 – “Ecoblitz-erudite”. Team captains signed up for the quick survey platform. In 1 minute, the teams had to answer 10 questions about nature in electronic format.

At the end of the game, all team members were awarded personalized certificates of participation. Winners' diplomas were awarded to:

Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering;

Faculty of Economics;

Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture;

Faculty of secondary vocational education;

Faculty of socio-cultural service and tourism;

Faculty of agricultural mechanization;

Faculty of Biotechnology and Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

The first place was shared by the teams:

Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources;

Accounting and Financial Faculty.
