Round table “Management of socio-economic development of the territory: personnel aspect” with the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory

At the Boiling Point of Stavropol State Agrarian University, the Department of State and Municipal Administration, together with the Department of Management, organized and held a round table on the practice of forming a personnel reserve and its role in managing the socio-economic development of territories, with the participation of specialists from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory. The event was held as part of the celebration of the Day of Russian Science.

The invited guest was Alla Alexandrovna Kamenetskaya, head of the department of the state civil service and personnel work of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory. The expert made a presentation “Mechanisms for the effective selection of the staff of civil servants, the formation of a personnel reserve and work with it.”

The report presented at the round table aroused keen interest and many topical questions were asked on the problem of forming a personnel reserve of state authorities, not only from the teachers of Stavropol State Agrarian University, but also from the student community.
