Round table "Patriotism as a source of Russian statehood"

The Stavropol State Agrarian University hosted a round table "Patriotism as a source of Russian statehood", dedicated to issues related to the origins of our patriotism, its history and current state, which, of course, are important in the process of the formation of the Russian Federation as a leading state of the world community.

The organizers of the event were: Head of the Department of Philosophy and History, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Evgeny Vasilyevich Tufanov, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and History Inna Nikolaevna Karpenko, Head of the Educational Work Department of SSAU Tatyana Ivanovna Gunko, Security Advisor SSAU Alexander Vasilyevich Larin, major general of the border forces Pavel Vasilievich Solovyov.

The work of the round table was opened by Major General Pavel Vasilievich Solovyov. First, a viewing of video films about the activities of the border troops during the Great Patriotic War was organized, and a conversation was held about the importance of patriotism education in the youth polyethnic-confessional student environment at the present stage.

Representatives of the students of economic, electric power, accounting and financial faculties and the faculty of secondary vocational education took part in the work of the round table. The participants of the round table showed a lively interest, asked questions and participated in the discussion.
