Stavropol hosted the full-time final stage of the Regional track (competition) of the All-Russian competition of scientific and technological projects "Big Challenges". 73 children from Stavropol, Pyatigorsk, Zheleznovodsk, Izobilny, Neftekumsk, Nevinnomyssk, as well as Krasnogvardeisky, Kirovsky, Apanasenkovsky, Levokumsky, Ipatovsky, Kursk, Sovetsky, Shpakovsky, Budennovsky, Turkmensky, Georgievsky , Blagodarnensky, Trunovsky, Petrovsky, Mineralovodsky municipalities of the Stavropol Territory were invited to fight for the right to be called the best of the best in 8 areas of the competition.
The regional coordinator of the competition in the Stavropol Territory, responsible for its preparation and holding, was the Center for Gifted Children "Poisk".
The contestants defended their projects on the territory of the Advanced Professional Training Center of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The guests of honor were greatly impressed by the children's projects and took a direct part in the work of all sections of the competition.

Starting from this academic year, in the Stavropol Territory, another direction was introduced for the regional track (competition) - "Unpiloted vehicles and logistics systems", the winner of which was 1 contestant:
Borisenko Victor.
However, the final of the regional track is not the end, it is only the beginning for our winners and prize-winners - now they will compete for the right to get into the summer shift at the Sirius Educational Center, Sochi.
