Cooperative effort of scientists from Stavropol State Agrarian University and Voronezh State University

The Moscow publishing house "KnoRus" published a textbook "Public institutions: planning, accounting, analysis and control." The publication was prepared by a team of authors from the Stavropol State Agrarian University and Voronezh State University. The textbook will be used in budgetary educational institutions.

The authors were teachers and scientists of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, including: Alexey Nikolaevich Bobryshev, Olga Viktorovna Elchaninova, Elena Ivanovna Kostyukova, Maria Nikolaevna Tatarinova, Sergei Aleksandrovich Tunin, Marina Viktorovna Feskova, Viktor Sergeevich Yakovenko.

The scientific editor of the publication is the rector of the Voronezh State University, Professor Dmitry Endovitsky.

The textbook outlines the theoretical provisions of planning, accounting, analysis and control in budgetary institutions, presents an analysis of the financial and economic activities of budgetary institutions, and systematizes educational material for monitoring this activity. For the first time, a systematic and integrated approach to the disclosure of the features of planning financial and economic activities has been implemented; purchases of goods, works, services; accounting and reporting; economic analysis; control in public institutions.

The textbook is addressed to students, teachers, graduate students of economic universities and faculties, managers and employees of structural subdivisions of the economic profile of budgetary institutions.
