Discussion "Time management as a system of effective time management technologies"

Purpose of the discussion: updating students' knowledge about time as an important resource for each person and the best investment of their life, familiarization with scientific approaches to the organization of time and methods to increase the efficiency of its use.

Time management is the science of time management, which offers up–to-date and modern psychological techniques and techniques that allow you to save precious time, allocate it more rationally and thereby achieve your goals faster.

The organizer and moderator of the discussion was Natalia Borisovna Drozhzhina, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology.

During the discussion, the students exchanged views on the topic, examined the myths of time management, the structure of time management, identified and analyzed their own skills in accounting, allocation and operational planning of their own time resources and realized the need to improve them.
