At the meeting of the Academic Council of Stavropol State Agrarian University discussed the youth policy of the university

The meeting began with the awarding of employees and students.

Acting Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University Valentin Sergeevich Skripkin presented well-deserved awards.

The medal "Honorary Worker of the Agro–industrial complex of Russia" was awarded to Pyotr Anatolyevich Khorishko, chairman of the primary trade union organization of university employees, professor of the Department of Physiology, Surgery and Obstetrics.

Honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation were awarded to the head of the basic Department of Private Zootechny, breeding and breeding of animals Evgeny Nikolaevich Chernobai, Associate Professor of the Department of Mathematics Victoria Artemovna Zhukova, Associate Professor of the Department of Electric Power in Agriculture Alexander Alexandrovich Lysakov, working Department of current and capital repairs of buildings and structures Svetlana Alekseevna Semenova.

Irina Dmitrievna Shakhramanyan – Assistant of the Department of Tourism and Service (I place); Stanislav Vadimovich Mishukov – assistant of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Automation and Metrology (II place); Rail Maratovich Yakubov – assistant of the Department of Processes and Machines in Agribusiness (III place).

Nikolay Golovin, Head of the Culture and Youth Policy Committee of the Stavropol City Administration, became a guest of the Academic Council. He presented certificates of honor and letters of thanks to student activists.

After the solemn part, the participants reviewed the state and prospects for the development of youth policy in Stavropol State Agrarian University. The report was made by the chairman of the primary trade union organization of students Sergey Nogin.

The university has created conditions for the development of the student's personality as an intelligent, creative, initiative person, capable of self-development.

In 2021, SSAU students became participants and organizers of projects of various levels, such as the North Caucasus Youth Educational Forum "MASHUK-2021", the Regional School of Student Self-Government "Leaders of Stavropol. XXI century", interregional school of student self-government and personal growth "Vector of the NCFD" and others. In 2021-2022, our students worked in polyclinics as call center volunteers, formed trucks with humanitarian supplies for residents of the LPR and DPR. This year, 15 applications for grants totaling about 12 million rubles were submitted.

In 2021, the scientific society "Smart agro" of our university became the winner of the Russian National Award "Student of the Year" in the nomination "Student Scientific Society of the Year".

The university's e-sports team once again became the winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian E-sports Student League, in the fight for entry into the All-Russian League final. Also, TSOPP SC on the basis of our university has already established itself as an advanced e-sports center of our region, which regularly hosts competitions at the city and regional levels.

The KVN team of our university "The Very ones" not only entered the most prestigious, the Highest KVN League for the first time in history, but also made it to the 1/4 finals.

As it was noted, a lot of work was carried out during the reporting period. At the same time, there is always something to strive for. Following the results of the Council, the main directions in the university's youth policy were outlined.
