Within the walls of the Stavropol State University for students of the Faculty of secondary vocational education, a meeting was organized with Lyudmila Viktorovna Rudomakh, a phthisiologist of the outpatient department of the GBUZ IC "City Clinical Polyclinic No. 1".
Such meetings with medical professionals have already become a tradition. Lyudmila Viktorovna told the students about the disease: the causative agent of tuberculosis is the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Koch's wand), which most often affects the lungs.
During the lecture, the doctor answered questions about: who most often falls into the risk group, how often it is possible to do fluorographic examinations, how tuberculosis is treated.
Lyudmila Viktorovna agitated students to lead a healthy lifestyle, and also noted that the SSAU pays great attention to the improvement of students, provides an opportunity to attend a modern sports complex, equestrian club and sports sections in various sports.
