Student of the faculty of secondary vocational education - silver medalist of Stavropol Championship in army hand-to-hand combat

In the city of Mikhailovsk (Stavropol Territory), the Championship and Superiority of the Stavropol Territory in Army hand-to-hand combat for the Ataman Cup of the Stavropol District Cossack Society TVKO took place. Competitions were held in order to popularize and develop army hand-to-hand combat as a sport; approval of a healthy lifestyle, attracting citizens to physical culture and sports; patriotic education of citizens, education of readiness to fulfill civic duty and constitutional obligations to protect the Motherland.

The 1st year student of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of Stavropol State Agrarian University Polina Steshenko took part in the competition. The girl took 2nd place in the category of 15-16 years old, weight 55 kg.
