Discussion in the professional community to increase the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market

Particular attention was paid to the problems of increasing the flexibility of educational programs to meet the needs of the economy, which is now being transformed at a very high pace. Such discussions help create conditions for students to master professional competencies, deepen the practical orientation of training, and increase the level of competitiveness of graduates in the labor market.

The heads of educational programs of the Master’s program implemented at the Faculty of Economics, Olga Nikolaevna Kusakina and Natalya Vladimirovna Bannikova, took part in the extended meeting of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association (FUMO) in the field of economics and management (UGSN 38.00.00), which took place on April 14-15, 2022 on the basis of the North Caucasian Federal University.

During the discussion, which was headed by the FUMO Scientific Secretary, Deputy. Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Moscow State University named after Lomonosov Irina Georgievna Teleshova, issues of changes in the state control of the education sector, features of the new list of specialties and areas of higher education training, approaches to the development of a new generation of state standards - FSES HE 4 were discussed.

The speeches devoted to vital issues of the economic development of our country also aroused great interest. Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Deputy Director of the National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations. EAT. Primakov Sergey Alexandrovich Afontsev introduced the forum participants to the peculiarities of sanctions challenges for the Russian economy. The head of the Center for Agroanalytics of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Yuryevich Aveltsov, spoke about the prospects for the development of the agro-industrial complex in the era of modern challenges.
