The first lesson was held within the framework of the project of the Department of Management and Management Technologies “Manager's School”, the main goal of the project is to introduce students of the 11th grade of the gymnasium No. 25 of Stavropol to the profession of a manager.
The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Doctor of Economics, Professor Olga Nikolaevna Kusakina.
The first topic presented was “The profession of a manager in theory and practice”, the speakers were Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Dmitry Vasilievich Zaporozhets and Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Diana Sergeevna Kenina.
At the lesson, the participants got acquainted with the theory and practice of modern management, the discussion of cases and real management situations aroused particular interest.
Participants of the “School of Manager” will continue to get acquainted with the multifaceted profession of a manager, affecting many aspects of the activities of enterprises and organizations, namely setting goals, the planning process, delegating authority, motivating employees and much more.
At the end of the training, all participants will receive certificates.
