As part of the work of the Student Insurance Agency, a master class was held on the basis of the educational and practical laboratory “Insurance Shop”: “Digital platforms of an insurance company”, in which students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty took part. The initiators of the master class were teachers of the department “Finance, Credit and Insurance Business”.
The speaker of the event, business coach of Rosgosstrakh, Adela Barievna Samakaeva, told the students about the strategic direction of Rosgosstrakh - the development of service verticals, which is an element of improving the quality of service for the insured and a tool to help people without insurance policies.
During the master class, the participants learned that My_Service is a convenient digital platform developed by Rosgosstrakh to solve customer problems related to health or car ownership. You can enjoy the benefits of the new service even without an insurance policy.
According to her, the main emphasis is on the simplicity and convenience of the platform for the user. “We don't aim to release complex applications. The main thing for us is to provide demanded services. We are on the path of digitalization and automation, but this is not an end in itself. By adding digital opportunities, we focus on a personal approach, - notes Adela Barievna.
At the moment, the My__Service platform includes the My__Service Med and My__Service Auto service verticals. Most recently, the launch of the third service vertical “My_Service Home” took place, where services and products related to real estate, apartments, houses, repairs, registration, taxes, purchase and sale, and legal support are available.
The representative of the insurance company noted that students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty are among the first students who are presented with this service.
The participants of the master class learned that Rosgosstrakh's My_Service digital platform received the prestigious Russian Innovation Time 2021 award in the Platform of the Year nomination.
After getting acquainted with the information about the My__Service platform, the participants of the master class installed the application on their mobile phones and considered in practice the possibilities of using this service.
At the end of the event, students asked a lot of questions about the possibilities of using My_Service service verticals: “How is a master selected for a particular service?” “How are contractual relations with partner companies implemented?” “At what age can you become a user of this platform?” other. All questions were answered in detail.
Holding such events helps students to realize the importance of the competencies acquired during their studies not only for their future professional activities, but for solving everyday issues, regardless of whether they are included in the insurance contract or not.
