Open curatorial hours as part of the Pedagogical Debut 2022 competition

As part of the “Pedagogical Debut-2022” competition, the “Open Curatorial Hour” competitive test was held. The competition “Pedagogical debut – 2022” was held as part of the implementation of the policy measures for the management of human capital of the development program of Stavropol State Agrarian University for 2021-2030. “Agroinnopolis-2030” to maintain the motivation of young employees in the effective construction and development of their professional careers, support pedagogical innovations, creativity, initiative, improve the social status of young teachers and the prestige of their profession.

On the first day of the competition, their curatorial watches were demonstrated by:

- Zinchenko Dmitry Alekseevich, teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education, - career guidance game “The road we choose”;

- Onishchenko Olga Nikolaevna, assistant of the basic department of private zootechnics, selection and breeding of animals, - discussion “Let’s live!” (prevention of surfactants and promotion of healthy lifestyles);

- Khomutova Anna Vladimirovna, assistant of the Department of Chemistry and Plant Protection, - discussion “A soldier does not choose war”;

- Gashina Elena Alekseevna, teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education, - thematic hour “Circle around the Earth - the path to immortality”;

- Levchenko Nikita Andreevich, teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education, - an hour of communication “Man among people. Secrets of Communication.”

The second day of the competitive test was no less exciting and interesting. Spent their curatorial hours:

- Kuznetsova Anna Andreevna, assistant of the department of tourism and service, - discussion with elements of the game “There is happiness - it cannot be!”;

- Rubanova Tatyana Sergeevna, teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education, - round table “Protect the Earth! Take care!”

- Bukin Maxim Sergeevich, teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education, - educational hour “The fate of the family is the fate of the Fatherland.”

The jury evaluated each test according to the following criteria:

- depth, level of disclosure and educational value of the curatorial hour;

- methodological and psychological-pedagogical literacy during the curatorial hour;

- creative approach to solving educational problems;

- the effectiveness and efficiency of solving educational problems;

- communicative and speech culture, personal orientation.

In May 2022, based on the results of all tasks, the jury will determine the laureates and winners of the Pedagogical Debut 2022 at the closing ceremony of the competition.
