The competition is held under the guidance of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation together with the non-profit organization "Association of Agricultural and Fishery Educational Institutions".
In the nomination "Agrochemistry and agro-soil science" in the second stage of the competition participated the work of a 3rd year student, Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, direction Agronomy, Chernov Maxim Eduardovich, on "The influence of the application of different rocks on agrochemical and microbiological indicators of leached chernozem" (supervisor Tshovrebov Valery Sergeevich, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, professor, head of the Department of Soil Science named after Tupanov. V.I. Tulpanov).
This work was based on the experimental farm (long-term experience) of Stavropol SAU in 2007 and included the study of changes in the soil content of macro- and microelements, establishing the numerical and qualitative composition of soil microbiota, yield determination and economic efficiency of winter wheat cultivation.
For the first time in the conditions of the Central Predkavkaz region the effect of the aftereffect of rock application on the agrochemical and microbiological parameters of the leached chernozem and on the yield of winter wheat was studied. Maksim Chernov as a member of the team of the Department of Soil Science named after Professor V.I. Tulpanov performed a set of laboratory works, analysis of the data obtained and presentation of the relevant conclusions.
Scientific work took 1st place among the Higher Educational Institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasian Federal District. We wish you further success!
