Plenary session of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture

As part of the plan of scientific events of the Stavropol State Agrarian University at the faculties of agrobiology and land resources, ecology and landscape architecture, a plenary meeting of the 87th scientific and practical conference of teachers and students "Agrarian science - the North Caucasian Federal District" was held, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of birth of professors Dorozhko Georgy Romanovich, Asaliev Alaudin Iskendarovich, Barabash Ivan Petrovich. The theme of the conference reflected the main areas of research of academic faculties in the grant of strategic academic leadership Priority 2030: "Biologization and digitalization of agriculture, breeding and seed production of crops in the North Caucasus Federal District."

The event was opened by the Acting Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor Skripkin Valentin Sergeevich. Welcoming the participants of the conference, Valentin Sergeevich noted the great contribution of the scientists of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources, ecology and landscape architecture in the implementation of the Priority 2030 grant. resources of the region and adjacent territories,” the rector emphasized.

In a solemn atmosphere, Acting Rector, Professor Valentin Sergeevich Skripkin awarded the winners of the Intensive Boiling Point course - the team of senior teacher Marina Sergeevna Melnik represented by students Angelina Leonidova and Danil Titov, who took 1st place at the All-Russian Hackathon on the topic "Digitalization in the Agro-Industrial Complex".

The moderator of the conference was the dean of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources, ecology and landscape architecture, doctor of agricultural sciences. Starting the conference, Alexander Nikolaevich noted that it was dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the birth of outstanding scientists, professors Georgy Romanovich Dorozhko, Alaudin Iskendarovich Asaliev, Ivan Petrovich Barabash, who at one time laid a significant scientific foundation for the current high achievements of young scientists and faculty teachers.
