A meeting of the student section was held at the Faculty of Economics within the framework of the 87th scientific and practical conference "Agrarian Science for the North Caucasus Federal District"

Traditionally, the Stavropol State Agrarian University pays great attention to research and development of young scientists - representatives of the students. Students, for their part, show an active interest in agricultural science and strive to contribute to the development of agriculture in their region. The authors of the most striking and interesting studies have the opportunity to continue their scientific activities in graduate and postgraduate studies, undergo an internship with subsequent employment in leading companies.

The meeting of the student section was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Doctor of Economics, Professor Olga Nikolaevna Kusakina, who noted the traditions of the faculty, which are based on multi-aspect research of students, thanked for the constantly shown interest in agricultural science and wished further success in scientific, practical and creative life.

During the breakout session, students' reports were heard.

As a result of the student conference, the authors of the best works were awarded diplomas. Among them:

Andrey Bogutsky, 3rd year student, Economics of enterprises and organizations;

Anastasia Yangolenko, 4th year student, Business Informatics;

Stepukova Sofia, 2nd year student, State and municipal administration;

Alexandra Gladkikh, 2nd year student, Management;

Yana Chernova, 4th year student, Economics of enterprises and organizations.

Alina Nurmagomedova, 1st year student of the World Economy;

In addition to individual studies, a team study was presented at the conference by participants of the student scientific society of the Faculty of Economics on the topic “State Contracts Service for Evaluating the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Territorial Development Programs by Their Population”. The research project was presented by: Yulia Chernova, David Galkin, Alena Korobova, Alexandra Gorbunova, Daria Pyanova.

The conference aroused keen interest among the attending students and scientists of the Faculty of Economics. Based on the materials of the conference, a collection of scientific papers will be published, which will be placed on the basis of the RSCI.
