International Action "Garden of Memory"

Students of the faculty of secondary vocational education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, specialties 35.02.05 Agronomy and 35.02.12 Landscape gardening took part in the international action "Garden of Memory". The purpose of the action is to perpetuate the memory of each of the 27 million who died during the Great Patriotic War by planting 27 million trees.

The action has been taking place since 2020 on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, who personally planted his tree of memory at the Rzhev Memorial. The international action "Garden of Memory" is organized by the ANO "Garden of Memory", the All-Russian Public Movement "Volunteers of Victory" and the Victory Generals Memory Fund with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, the Federal Forestry Service, and the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation as part of the national project "Ecology".
