The world's largest complex international dance project, the 18th World Dance Olympiad, has ended in Moscow. This is a unique forum that brings together people of various dance and sports styles, cultures, ages and interests in one place.
The Olympiad was attended by 36,500 participants from 70 countries. The dancers competed in 60 disciplines.
Students of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education Maria Zapenkova (2nd year group 20F-9-1) and Semyon Vakalov (1st year group 21K-9-2) became winners and prize-winners of the competition.
In the direction of hip-hop (category - adults "Duet") Maria and Semyon became champions of the World Dance Olympiad 2022.
In the direction of "Ropping" (category - adults "Solo") Maria became the vice-champion of the World Dance Olympiad 2022.
