IV Regional Scientific and Practical Conference "Science of the XXI century"

As part of the implementation of the program of the federal project "Professionality" in the Stavropol Territory, for students of grades 8-11 of secondary educational institutions and students of secondary vocational education, the IV regional scientific and practical conference "Science of the XXI century" was held at the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The grand opening took place at the Boiling Point of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

The conference was held with the aim of creating conditions conducive to the development of the intellectual and creative potential of schoolchildren and students of secondary vocational education, involving them in research and project activities, and assisting in their professional orientation.

The conference was attended by guests:

- Oksana Sergeevna Gavrilova, Dean of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor;

- Sergey Nikolaevich Antonov, head of the scientific and innovative training center, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor.

At the plenary session, presentations were made by:

- Fatima Kazbekovna Semenova, teacher of the faculty of secondary vocational education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University with the report "Features of teaching English to students of the specialty "Hospitality" of the faculty of secondary vocational education";

- Galina Dmitrievna Frolova, teacher of MBEE "Secondary School No. 15" vil. Kazinka of the Shpakovsky district of the Stavropol Territory with the report "Development of the student's creative potential through the use of non-traditional drawing techniques";

- Aksinya Vladimirovna Rzhevskaya, lecturer at the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University with the report "Classical and modern methods of teaching foreign languages";

- Sergey Mikhailovich Samsonov, teacher of MBEE "Secondary School No. 15" vil. Kazinka of the Shpakovsky district of the Stavropol Territory with the report "Management of the development of technical talent of students in technology lessons and in extracurricular activities";

- Nadezhda Alexandrovna Myazina, teacher of the faculty of secondary vocational education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University with the report "Formation of the reading competence of students";

- Oksana Vasilievna Kostina, teacher of MBEE "Secondary School No. 15" vill. Kazinka of the Shpakovsky district of the Stavropol Territory with the report "Formation of the value-semantic attitudes of a Russian citizen in the course of teaching the humanities."

At the end of the plenary session, the conference participants dispersed into sections and presented their projects in the following areas:

• social and humanitarian direction;

• natural science direction;

• socio-economic direction;

• physical education and sport;

• information technology direction;

• project activities;

• professional direction.

Based on the results of the conference, it is planned to publish an electronic collection of articles. The collection will be registered in the scientometric database of the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) and placed in the scientific electronic library elibrary.ru.

For participation in the scientific-practical conference "Science of the XXI century", all schoolchildren, students, teachers, section leaders presented certificates of participation, and Oksana Sergeevna Gavrilova, Dean of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education, presented winners' diplomas to the authors of the best works.
