Solemn closing of the competition "Pedagogical debut - 2022"

The long-awaited closing ceremony of the "Pedagogical Debut - 2022" competition took place in the assembly hall of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The competition was held as part of the implementation of policy measures for the management of human capital of the Stavropol State Agrarian University development program for 2021-2030. "Agroinnopolis-2030" to maintain the motivation of young employees in the effective construction and development of their professional careers, support pedagogical innovations, creativity, initiative, improve the social status of young teachers and the prestige of their profession.

The event was attended by members of the administration, faculty and students of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education.

This year, 9 young specialists fought for the title of the best teacher:

1. Bukin Maxim Sergeevich - teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education;

2. Gashina Elena Alekseevna - teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education;

3. Zinchenko Dmitry Alekseevich - teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education;

4. Kuznetsova Anna Andreevna - Assistant of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality;

5. Levchenko Nikita Andreevich - teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education;

6. Onishchenko Olga Nikolaevna - Assistant of the basic department of small animal science, selection and breeding of animals;

7. Rubanova Tatyana Sergeevna - teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education;

8. Khomutova Anna Vladimirovna - Assistant of the Department of Chemistry and Plant Protection;

9. Chervyakov Dmitry Eduardovich - Assistant of the Department of Parasitology and Veterinary Public Health, Anatomy and Pathoanatomy named after Professor S.N. Nikolsky.

Within a few weeks, participants passed four competitive tests:

- business card "Me and my profession", during which the contestants had to reveal the motives for choosing the teaching profession, talk about their own pedagogical principles and approaches to the educational process;

- a video lecture, in which all participants had to demonstrate professional competence in the field of conducting and analyzing the lesson as the main form of organizing the educational process;

- an open lesson, the purpose of which was to demonstrate by the contestants of professional competencies in the field of conducting a training session;

- a curatorial class, the purpose of which was to demonstrate by the participants of the competition professional and personal competencies in the field of education and socialization of students.

Concert performances for participants and guests of the "Pedagogical Debut 2022" competition were performed by:

- Students of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education Shulga Valeria and Momot Pavel with the choreographic number "Viennese Waltz";

- folk dance group "Eh, Razdolie", participants in the opening of the III International Festival "Student Spring of the SCO and BRICS countries 2019", laureates of the II degree of the festival "Student Spring of Stavropol - 2018", laureates of the III degree of the festival "Student Spring of Stavropol - 2019, 2021" , with the dance "Cheryomushka";

- a student of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education, European Champion, World Cup Winner Maria Zapenkova with a creative act “2 TYPES OF PEOPLE”;

- Cossack military-patriotic club "SOKOL" with the dance of "Terek Cossacks";

- students of the faculty of secondary vocational education Trusova Ksenia and Teshlyuk Evgenia with a vocal number.

Dean of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education, Associate Professor Oksana Sergeevna Gavrilova congratulated the participants with the end of the competition with a creative performance. She expressed special words of gratitude to the teachers-mentors, who throughout the entire period helped the contestants:

- Mashentseva Galina Viktorovna - teacher of specialized disciplines of the highest qualification category, expert of the WorldSkills demonstration exam, winner of the professional regional competition of electronic educational and methodological complexes, winner of the All-Russian Olympiad of professional skills;

- Ivanova Irina Nikolaevna - teacher of Russian language and literature of the first qualification category, 1st degree diploma winner of the All-Russian Pedagogical Festival of Professional Excellence, winner of the All-Russian Creative Competition for Educational Workers;

- Skorochkina Anastasia Viktorovna - a teacher of specialized disciplines of the highest qualification category, a Worldskills expert in the Web Design and Development competency, the winner of the regional competition of professional skills "Master of the Year-2019" and the prize-winner of this competition in 2021;

- Solomonova Victoria Alexandrovna - teacher of chemistry and biology of the highest qualification category, winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "For the moral feat of a teacher", holder of the honorary sign "For a great contribution to the socio-cultural sphere of the city of Stavropol";

- Myazina Nadezhda Alexandrovna - teacher of the Russian language and literature of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education;

- Kabardokova Lyubov Anatolyevna - teacher of the department of tourism and hospitality, candidate of economic sciences;

- Chernobay Evgeny Nikolaevich - head of the basic department of small animal science, selection and breeding of animals, doctor of biological sciences, associate professor;

- Glazunova Natalya Nikolaevna - Professor of the Department of Chemistry and Plant Protection, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor;

- Lutsuk Svetlana Nikolaevna - Professor of the Department of Parasitology and Veterinary Public Health, Anatomy and Pathoanatomy named after Professor S.N. Nikolsky, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor.

Acting Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor Valentin Sergeevich Skripkin congratulated the happy contestants, urged them to proudly bear the title of teacher and summed up the results of the competition.

Based on the results of all competitive tests, 3 finalists were determined:

III place - Onishchenko Olga Nikolaevna, assistant of the basic department of small animal science, selection and breeding of animals;

II place - Zinchenko Dmitry Alekseevich, teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education;

The winner was Gashina Elena Alekseevna, teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education.
