Working trip of scientists from the Stavropol State Agrarian University to the Kabardino-Balkarian State Agrarian University in the framework of cooperation under the Priority 2030 program

In order to intensify joint work as members of the consortium in the Priority 2030 grant program, scientists from the Stavropol State Agrarian University paid a working visit to the Kabardino-Balkarian State Agrarian University. During the trip, our scientists got acquainted with the material and technical equipment of the university. Particular attention was paid to the prospects for joint work in the implementation of the project “Improving the technology for the production of virus-free planting material of fruit and berry crops of domestic origin using in vitro technology”, which is one of the main ones in the Priority 2030 grant program.

KBR was visited by: the Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Esaulko Alexander Nikolaevich, Head of the Laboratory of Agricultural Biotechnology, Candidate of Biol. Sciences Velichko Vitaliy Yurievich and Deputy Dean for Research, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Aisanov Timur Soltanovich paid a working visit to the Kabardino-Balkarian State Agrarian University.

Our delegation was met by acting Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, Candidate of Biol. Sciences, Associate Professor Temmoev Muzafar Ibragimovich, Acting Head of the Department of Horticulture and Forestry, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Sciences, Associate Professor Nazranov Khusen Mukhamedovich, Deputy Dean for Practical Training, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor Beslaneev Beslan Borisovich and Associate Professor of the Department of Agronomy, Candidate of Biol. Sciences, Associate Professor Didanova Elena Nazhmudinovna. Frolova Lyudmila Vladimirovna, a scientific consultant of "Innopraktika" LLC, which is a strategic partner of our university within the framework of the Priority 2030 grant, also took part in the meeting as an independent expert.

At the end of the tour, our delegation met with the Vice-Rector for Research, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Abdulkhalikov Rustam Zaurbievich. During a conversation with a representative of the university management, it was decided to conduct a return visit of scientists from the Kabardino-Balkarian State Agrarian University to the Stavropol State Agrarian University, followed by the formation of a "road map" and the development of ways for further joint work in order to increase the efficiency of nursery activities and develop the horticulture industry, which is one one of the priority areas for the development of agriculture in our country.
