Novorossiysk hosted the All-Russian wrestling competition (grappling and grappling-gi) in memory of Vitvitsky V.P. The competition was held to popularize and develop wrestling (grappling and grappling-gi), to determine the level of general and special physical fitness of athletes.
A 1st year student of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University Emir Kumratov won gold in the 69 kg weight category. As a result of the competition, the athletes were awarded medals and diplomas of the corresponding degrees.
