Full-time educational course "Organization of educational work in educational institutions of secondary vocational education"

Within the framework of the federal project "Professionality" on the basis of the All-Russian Children's Center "Change", teachers of the faculty of secondary vocational education completed a full-time educational course "Organization of educational work in educational institutions of secondary vocational education." For teachers of 70 colleges and technical schools of the country, master classes and educational seminars were held on the organization of educational work.

In «Smena», a rich program was held for curators: seminars, practical classes, a project workshop, an intellectual game “What? Where? When?" with the owner of the "Crystal Atom" and "Crystal Owl" Boris Belozerov. «Smena» teachers prepared case studies for the participants on the development of flexible skills. During practical classes, the curators trained communication skills, creativity, time management, critical thinking, teamwork skills and emotional intelligence.

At the All-Russian Children's Center curators of SVE got acquainted with the practices of time management, learned how to resolve conflict situations, and were trained in team building. Classes for course participants were conducted by teachers from the Southern Federal University, the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University, the Institute for the Study of Childhood, Family and Education of the Russian Academy of Education, the Academy of Social Technologies, and the Moscow City Pedagogical University. The curators also learned the basics of public speaking and got acquainted with the methods of drafting projects at project workshops.

Representatives of the JSC “R-Pharm” and "Institute for the Development of Vocational Education" joined the educational program dedicated to career guidance.

As part of the "Professionality" "Smena" implements the educational course "Organization of educational work in educational institutions of secondary vocational education", which has already become 770 curators (class teachers) of study groups of colleges and technical schools of the country. The main training takes place on the online platform "Digital Ecosystem of Additional Professional Education".

The project "Professionality" provides for the training of personnel for the needs of a particular sector of the economy. SVE students will study at training and production centers, which include educational organizations and industrial partners of the project - the country's leading industrial enterprises.

The federal project "Professionality" of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation is included in the number of strategic initiatives for the socio-economic development of the country until 2030. The project is aimed at creating a fundamentally new sectoral model for training qualified personnel in the vocational education system in accordance with the current needs of the real sector of the economy.
