Training game "Money does not buy happiness"

In the central library of the Stavropol Territory, a training game “Money does not buy happiness” was held, organized by students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty, members of the group “Financier”.

The speakers of the event were the head of the Financier team, the head of the Department of Financial Management and Banking, Doctor of Economics, Professor Yulia Mikhailovna Sklyarova, as well as teachers of the Department of Financial Management and Banking. The organizers were the members of the group "Financesit" Maxim Khitrikov, Vladimir Dobrikov and Pelageya Tolstova.

The goal of the tournament is to increase the financial literacy and intellectual potential of young people in managing personal financial resources through:

– promotion of knowledge that contributes to the acquisition of reasonable habits and skills in the field of forming a personal (family) budget, using banking services, including using loans, maintaining a personal and family budget, correct calculation of taxes and their payment, life and property insurance procedures;

- identifying new youth initiatives aimed at improving the level of financial literacy of the population of the Stavropol Territory;

– creating an algorithm for shaping the habit of the population to the validity of financial decisions taken in the management of household finances and personal finances;

– formation of a positive image of a financially literate person.

This game allows you to learn in an entertaining way the intricacies of managing personal finances, learn how to assess the risks associated with purchases and various financial services, and also gain skills in planning your budget.

This is a whole world that helps explain complex economic concepts, get people interested and give them the opportunity to practice managing their personal budget.

Volunteers were activists of the Accounting and Finance Faculty Sofya Shram, Amina Bayramova, Yulia Maksimova.

Thanks to the game "Money Can't Buy Happiness", all participants demonstrated quite deep knowledge in the field of personal finance, erudition and ingenuity, and well-coordinated teamwork allowed them to quickly, efficiently and in a good mood master complex economic concepts and practice managing their personal budget.
