The seminar was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory. It took place on the basis of the Krasnogvardeisky Agroholding Limited Liability Company. The participants of the event were able to appreciate the production base and engineering infrastructure of the economy. The farm has introduced digital technologies for managing tractors and combines.
Stavropol State Agrarian University was represented by a delegation from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, consisting of Nikolai Anatolievich Baganov, Head of the Department of Technical Service, Standardization and Metrology, and Lyubov Igorevna Vysochkina, Associate Professor of the Department of Processes and Machines in Agribusiness.
The machine and tractor fleet has the latest sowing complexes, tractors, irrigation machines, etc., with a corresponding modern repair base. Of great interest was the demonstration of samples of existing mass-produced agricultural machinery, which was modernized directly on the farm.
For each object of the display, an overview of the organization of the production process was presented, the practical work of units for the repair and storage of equipment, and provision of spare parts for the economy was demonstrated. The acquired knowledge and experience of the economy will be transformed to students of the faculty in lectures and practical classes.
As a result of participation in the seminar, an agreement was reached on the ITF students to have an internship in this farm.
