All-Russian youth film screening dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Russia

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, within the framework of the activities of the Association of Student Patriotic Clubs "I am proud", organized an All-Russian youth film screening dedicated to the celebration of Russia Day. The action was held in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the format of a day of united action for the purpose of patriotic education of youth through the demonstration of domestic feature films.

The participants of the action were students of the faculty of secondary vocational education. A screening of the historical film "Africa" was held for them.

The events of the film unfold in winter during the most difficult period of the siege of Leningrad in the village of Valeryanovka, where of all the inhabitants only a mother and three children remained.

One day, the children go to get some food for the family, where an incredible find awaits them - after recent shelling, a huge shepherd dog lies barely alive at the battlefield.

And then the guys are faced with a non-childish choice - to save a dog or a family that is dying of hunger.
