An educational project that opens the way for students of Russian agricultural universities to the professional community and the “golden” personnel reserve of the industry. The project includes educational tracks from industry leaders, a professional mentoring program and a competition for the best student agricultural projects.

This is the first Russian project for students of agricultural universities. The general sponsor of the program is the Russian Agricultural Bank.
The project consists of:
Educational track - lectures from experts on innovations in the agro-industrial complex;
Professional mentoring programs - work with successful agribusinessmen, scientists, representatives of the public sector;
Competition "Agroleaders of Russia" - the creation of their own projects by participants.
All project participants will gain experience and useful contacts, and the finalists will have an internship in the best agricultural companies in Russia and world centers for the development of the agro-industrial complex.
Our mission is to unite future specialists in the agricultural sector and form a new generation of professionals.
Within a few months, participants will be able to undergo training, receive recommendations from successful agribusinessmen, develop their own project and take part in the competition.
Prizes for winners and finalists:
The finalists of the competition will be able to take an internship in the world centers for the development of the agro-industrial sector and industry-specific foreign universities.
40 best participants will be included in the "golden fund" of the industry.
