Meeting of the operational headquarters for harvesting grain and leguminous crops

In order to improve the efficiency of the crop growing industry, the quality of harvesting grain and leguminous crops, the implementation of related work and ensuring safety during their implementation, a meeting of the operational headquarters for coordinating these works and the collegium of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory was held in the Stavropol Territory. The event was held on the basis of the “North Caucasian Federal Scientific Agrarian Center”, the town of Mikhailovsk.

The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Nikolaevich Sitnikov.

Stavropol State Agrarian University was represented by Acting Rector, Professor Valentin Sergeyevich Skripkin and Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko.

The meeting was opened by Vladimir Nikolaevich Sitnikov, outlining the main tasks and problems in the harvesting of grain and leguminous crops in the conditions of 2022.

The report on the readiness of the agro-industrial complex of the Stavropol Territory for harvesting crops in 2022 was made by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory Tambovtseva Elena Alekseevna.

The head of the scientific direction of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “North Caucasus Federal Scientific Agrarian Center” Godunova Evgenia Ivanovna acted as a co-speaker on the features of the formation of the harvest of cereal crops in the 2021-2022 agricultural year.

In the video communication mode, the co-rapporteurs disclosed the following issues:

– on the forecast for grain prices for the 2022 harvest: Rylko Dmitry Nikolaevich, General Director of the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR);

- on compliance with fire safety rules during cleaning work in the Stavropol Territory in 2022: Moskvitin Sergey Sergeevich, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate - Head of the Department for Supervisory Activities and Preventive Work of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Stavropol Territory, Colonel of the Internal Service;

- on labor protection during harvesting and measures to reduce occupational injuries at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Stavropol Territory: Lyudmila Viktorovna Khokhryakova, Head of the State Labor Inspectorate - Chief State Labor Inspector of the Stavropol Territory;

- on the movement of large and heavy vehicles on public roads: Alexander Alexandrovich Rotov, Deputy Minister of Road Facilities and Transport of the Stavropol Territory;
