The demonstration exam was held at the state budgetary professional educational institution “Stavropol College of Service Technologies and Commerce”. The exam simulated a real production situation. The main task of the graduates was to demonstrate in practice their skills and abilities in preparing dishes of a complex assortment.
Anna Viktorovna Morgunova, teacher of the educational and methodological department of the faculty of secondary vocational education of Stavropol State Agrarian University, acted as an expert at the demonstration exam according to WorldSkills standards.
Within the framework of competence No. 34 “Cooking”, students prepared a hot appetizer, a hot meat dish and a dessert. Three dishes had to be cooked in 4 hours.
