The project was organized as part of the implementation of grant funds from the Mashuk 2021 youth forum. The project is aimed at social support and prevention of social apathy among children from the special secondary school No. 33 in the city of Stavropol and the promotion of volunteer, creative and physical activity among young people. As part of the project, 5 creative workshops and 5 trainings for children were held, as well as a dance performance and several thematic flash mobs.
Alena Maefet, a student of the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering, became the grant recipient. To implement her idea, the girl received a grant of 150,000 thousand rubles.
60 volunteers were involved in the work. During the creative workshops, the pupils learned how to express what you feel through dance. Also, the guys learned to feel the rhythm and move to the beat of the music. Regular rehearsals and master classes have borne fruit - the children not only mastered the educational program of the project, but also received a lot of positive emotions and a new full-fledged dance.
“Time of Kindness” project helped children not only gain confidence and new life skills, but also allowed them to spend time with benefit and fun. The main criterion for evaluating the work was the happy faces of the pupils, their joy from every meeting and the desire to cooperate.
