At the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education, students met with experts from the WorldSkills Russia regional championships in the competencies of agronomy, web technologies, vehicle repair, and the operation of agricultural machines. The movement is becoming more and more popular every year. And this is connected, first of all, with the need of the real sector of the economy for highly qualified specialists.
Participation in championships allows to accumulate professional experience, hone skills, improve the level of professional competencies, opens up great prospects for self-realization and professional growth. And the goal of the FP “Professionality” is to train highly qualified specialists who are in demand on the labor market in the current conditions of the country's economic development.
The experts told the students about the peculiarities of holding WorldSkills Russia championships and about the opportunities that arise as a result of students' participation in the championships. Then the experts held master classes, during which the students were able to personally complete part of the module task, gaining invaluable practical skills.
The meeting was held as part of the program to promote the federal project “Professionality” in the Stavropol Territory, in accordance with the plan for conducting career guidance activities aimed at popularizing the FP “Professionality” and supporting the reception company of the FP “Professionality” program in the Stavropol Territory.
