International scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the long field experience of the Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev

Leading scientists from 11 countries gathered at the PhosAgro Educational Center at the Timiryazev Academy to discuss the scientific heritage and development prospects of the Long Field Experience established 110 years ago. The grand opening of the International Scientific and Practical Conference took place in the field with the participation of scientists and students of the Institute of Agricultural Biotechnology. Then the conference was held in a mixed format, some of the speakers spoke online. Including scientists of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

The plenary session was opened by Belopukhov Sergey Leonidovich - acting. Director of the Institute of Agricultural Biotechnology of the RSAU-MAA named after K.A. Timiryazev, professor, doctor of agricultural sciences. He made a report on long-term experiments on flax, the results and prospects for development.

Sergei Ivanovich Voronov, director of the Federal Research Center "Nemchinovka", doctor of biological sciences, professor addressed the participants with a congratulatory word.

Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko, Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, made a report on the contribution of the long experience of the Geonetwork of the Russian Academy of Sciences of the Stavropol State Agrarian University to the development of fundamental and applied research in agrochemistry.

Mikhail Arnoldovich Mazirov, Professor of the Department of Agriculture and Methods of Experimental Business of the RSAU-MAA named after K.A. Timiryazeva, Doctor of Biological Sciences, made a report on the change in the fertility of soddy-podzolic soils and the productivity of agrobiocenoses during long-term cultivation.

Boris Vladimirovich Levin, Deputy Chief of Staff of PhosAgro General Director's Office, made a presentation on the role of mineral fertilizers in shaping yields and product quality.

Reports on the role of long-term field experiments in the study of the effectiveness of fertilizers and chemical ameliorants were made by Naliukhin Alexey Nikolaevich, Head of the Department of Agronomic, Biological Chemistry and Radiology of the RSAU-MAA named after K.A. Timiryazeva, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor and Viktor Gavrilovich Sychev, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor.

Oleg Dmitrievich Sidorenko, Professor of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology of the RSAU-MAA named after K.A. Timiryazeva, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, spoke about the role of long-term field experience for assessing microbiological diagnostics of the fertility of sod-podzolic soil.

The possibilities of instrumental methods for analyzing biological objects in the long-term stationary experience of the RSAU-MAA named after K.A. Timiryazeva were revealed by Zhevnerov Alexey Valerievich, Head of the Center for Collective Use "Service Laboratory for Complex Analysis of Chemical Compounds" of the K.A. Timiryazev Russian State Agricultural Academy, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor.

Also during the conference, representatives of agricultural universities of Uzbekistan made their reports.
