It is planned that the students who become Professional Ambassadors will form a team under the supervision of an experienced mentor. Their task will be to give talks, during which participants will be able to convey the values and merits of the new educational programmes to schoolchildren. The assessment team will be trained according to a system that includes creative assignments, exercises for the development of media literacy. In addition, the children will be able to develop their leadership potential and take part in the preparation of an interactive class hour "Professionalism: you are in good company!
According to Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov, today schoolchildren are actively interested in secondary vocational education. "Ambassadors of Professionalism" will be able to tell schoolchildren about the advantages of studying under the new programmes and share their knowledge and experience, according to the official website of the Russian Ministry of Education.
The federal project "Professionality" is called to create an absolutely new system of training of secondary professional education by 2030. Its main advantage will be that students who study at the vocational education institution will have the opportunity to undergo practical training in the clusters that have been created specifically for that purpose.
The team from the agricultural education and production centre received a short training course. They learned about the federal project, the important role of an Ambassador and formed a step-by-step plan for further action. The participants and Fatima Kazbekovna Semenova, the curator of the Ambassadors of Profession project, showed high results in the tests.
During the admission campaign, our ambassadors are already helping applicants at the centre's site: they provide consultations, excursions and much more.
