SSAU took part in the All-Russian festival of working youth "At the height"

Stavropol State Agrarian University became one of the main partners of the first All-Russian creative festival of working youth "At the Height", which was held in Stavropol from September 17 to 19 and brought together Russian public figures, politicians, show business stars and more than 2,500 participants from 60 subjects at eight venues Russia.

The headquarters of the first All-Russian creative festival of working youth "At the Height" is located in the student hostel №5 of the SSAU. Almost a thousand organizers and participants were covered by the university public catering enterprise. On the basis of the university, 3 sites of the festival worked: art, music and education.

“For the Stavropol State Agrarian University, participation and assistance in organizing large-scale youth projects in the region is a tradition. We have a lot of experience and opportunities for this - we have the International and Russian Student Spring, the Soldier's Envelope Festival, the Queen of the Students of the Union State behind us. Now the festival "On top". It is a great happiness for our employees and students to be direct participants in such grandiose events, to feel ownership of them. The doors of the Stavropol State Agrarian University are always open for talented and active youth,” commented the role of the SSAU in organizing the festival, Acting Rector Valentin Skripkin.

The opening ceremony took place on Lenin Square. The guests of the regional capital were greeted by the Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov: “Stavropol Territory is the land of golden hearts – you will feel it! The Stavropol Territory is the love of Russia, it is a territory where they love their country, love their people!”

Stavropol State Agrarian University, as always, was in the center of events, the student folk dance ensemble "BARS" took part in the large-scale opening ceremony of the All-Russian Festival.

For three days the guests of Stavropol participated in master classes and seminars, in the competitive program. The winners in the nominations were announced at the solemn closing ceremony of the festival. The Grand Prix "At the height" was won by two regions, including the Stavropol Territory.

The closing ceremony will also be significant for the family of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. In front of several thousand spectators, a university graduate made an offer to a student of the veterinary faculty. And of course she said yes.

According to the organizers, the festival covered almost 2 million people.

A gift to all participants of the festival and residents of Stavropol was the performance of pop stars. Leonid Agutin was the first to take the stage. And then Nikolai Rastorguev and the group «Lube».

“Participation in projects of this kind, the opportunity to meet people from all over the country, gain experience in organizing events at the all-Russian level, acquire contacts that will help you later make a career - another plus for studying and working at the Stavropol State Agrarian University”, - said Polina Bychikhina, member of the festival directorate, student and press officer of SSAU.
