Stavropol State Agrarian University, among 60 Russian universities, won the competition of ANO Platform NTI (in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation) for the creation of "Entrepreneurial Boiling Points" - spaces for the development of student innovative entrepreneurship. The number of winners included only three agricultural universities of the country. The goal of the New Philosophy of Entrepreneurship program is aimed at developing, popularizing and scaling technological entrepreneurship in the university environment through the formation of student entrepreneurial communities and the implementation of a new range of formats for working with university startups within the FoodNet and EduNet National Technology Initiative markets.

At Stavropol State Agrarian University, great attention has always been paid to science, especially the discoveries and undertakings of students. The opening of the Entrepreneurial Boiling Point was marked not only by an official solemn part, but also by a rich educational program. First of all, designed to enable students to understand the markets of the National Technology Initiative and learn more about the possibilities of the NTI Platform.
The New Philosophy of Entrepreneurship program is aimed at promoting and scaling technological entrepreneurship in the university environment, forming student entrepreneurial communities and implementing a new range of formats for working with university startups.
As part of the opening, a panel discussion “The New Philosophy of Entrepreneurship” was held with representatives of the executive bodies of regional authorities, the university administration, entrepreneurs, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh.Business), the Russian Society “Knowledge” on the implementation of the technological entrepreneurship agenda.
The networking of the participants was conducted by Irina Mikhailovna Karagodina, a leading specialist of the Center for Scientific and Technological Creativity of Youth, a trainer of non-formal education.
Rapid-foresight session "Development of Student Potential in the Entrepreneurial Boiling Point" was held by Yulia Alekseevna Kudrina - press secretary of the Stavropol regional public organization "Russian Union of Youth". The session participants formed a vision for the realization of their entrepreneurial potential and formed a development roadmap for 3 years in terms of the necessary competencies, tools, partners.

The evening of the festive day ended with a symbolic cake and distribution of letters of thanks.
