On October 6, Russian specialists working in the field of insurance celebrate their professional holiday - Insurer's Day. It was on this day in 1921 that the Gosstrakh of the RSFSR began its activities. This date was adopted as the foundation day of insurance activities in Russia. Our university has already developed a good tradition to celebrate the Insurer's Day together with a long-standing strategic partner, which is the founder of the insurance business in Russia, the Rosgosstrakh company.
On this day, various team activities are organized in an interactive form for students to test their knowledge of the basics of the insurance business, insurance literacy and the specifics of the work of insurance agents. An insurance quest took place at the Entrepreneurial Boiling Point. The event was opened by Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance Klishina Yulia Evgenievna, who congratulated teachers and students on their professional holiday, and also told students about the history and traditions of the holiday, about the profession of an insurance agent, and gave interesting facts about insurance.
This time, the students had to become participants in a quest game called "Time Back", which was held with them by the business coaches of the Rosgosstrakh company Adela Barievna Samakaeva and Maria Alekseevna Tychinskaya.
In a thematic quest game, students were divided into 4 teams and completed tasks within 5 locations: types of agents; requirements for agents; agent income; attributes and accessories; far future.
Cohesion, logic and efficiency - that's what the teams needed to win.
Future insurers learned how to work in a team, learned about the relevance of insurance in the modern world, the specialists of the insurance company spoke about the peculiarities of working in PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh.
During the trip to the relevant locations, the students had to make their own list of requirements for a modern insurance agent, create an advertisement for the search for an insurance agent, come up with an advertising slogan and perform many other interesting tasks related to the history of insurance development and the work of a modern insurance agent.
All participants received an excellent positive charge, the winners were awarded a diploma and memorable prizes in the form of an "agent's suitcase" with accessories to start working as an insurance agent.
