Stavropol State Agrarian University and Center-Invest Bank have enjoyed a long-standing relationship. Many of our students and graduates work in their fields of specialization at different branches of the bank and occupy leading positions. The "ABC of Money" business school at the SmartAgro Youth Technopark at the Stavropol State Agrarian University implemented Center-Invest Bank's banking networking program on the Entrepreneurial World Learning portal.
Under the guidance of Julia Mikhailovna Sklyarova, Ph. D. in Economics and Banking, chair of the Financial Management and Banking Department, sophomore accounting and finance students successfully completed the course "Banking" on the Entrepreneurial World Learning Internet Portal and received personalized diplomas:
- Alfina Azatovna Khadjimukhametova (Economic Security, Financial Accounting and Control in Law Enforcement);
- Anastasia Vladimirovna Chekaleva (Economic Security, Economic and Legal Support of Economic Security);
- Victoria Alexandrovna Shorokhova (Economic Security, Economic and Legal Support for Economic Security).
Since 2014, Center-Invest Bank has been successfully implementing the Financial Literacy Center social and educational project. The first area of the Center's work is to train student volunteers in financial basics for further participation in advising the population.
Video lectures from the heads of departments and top managers of the Bank, real samples of documents and modern IT solutions in the banking sphere are used to teach students.
The courses "Banking" and "Small Business" on the Internet portal "Entrepreneurial Vseobuch" provide an opportunity to undergo practical training at the largest bank in southern Russia with subsequent employment. To date, more than 3,050 people have already graduated from the Centre, 893 students have successfully completed their internships and 582 have been hired by the Bank. The educational process is conducted online in a remote format, the training period of 1 month.
A total of 1,819 students from southern Russia have already graduated from the Center for Financial Literacy, 697 have been trained at Center-Invest Bank, and 409 have been hired as staff members.
