Students of the "Veterinary and Public Health" direction took part in the business interactive game "Independent Expert" and were able to feel like the heroes of the "Test Purchase" program.
Under the guidance of Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Nadezhda Ozheredova, future experts took part in the business interactive game "Independent Expert". They compared the products of the Cherkizovo, Taurus and Myasnaya Ferma brands, giving them marks on a 5-point scale, based, among other things, on microbiological analysis. The evaluation criteria were appearance, color, texture, smell and, most importantly, taste.
This experience will help young professionals in their work to identify sanitary and technological violations in production, assess the quality of raw materials and their storage conditions.
