On November 18, Stanislav Mishukov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Automation and Metrology of the Electrical Power Faculty, successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences at the Volgograd State Technical University.
The defense of the dissertation "Information-measuring system for determining the moisture content and impurities of agricultural products" took place on the basis of the dissertation council at the Volgograd State Technical Council.
– Currently, there is an acute shortage of personnel in such scientific areas as digital control systems, information-measuring complexes and intellectualization of technological processes, which underlie the Projects of the Priority 2030 program. Therefore, training highly qualified personnel and defending dissertations in the specialty “information-measuring Control Systems” is a strategic task for us, noted the relevance of Stanislav Mishukov’s dissertation, Maxim Mastepanenko, Dean of the Electrical Power Faculty of SSAU, who, together with the head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Automation and Metrology, Igor Vorotnikov, was the supervisor of the dissertation.
