5 SSAU students won the final stage of the UMNIK project. A total of 90 participants participated in the competition. Students of Stavropol Agrarian University won in 4 out of 6 nominations. Each of the winners will receive half a million for the implementation of their projects.
The scientific and practical conference was held within the framework of the program of the Federal Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Small Innovative Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere “Participant of the Youth Scientific and Innovation Competition”.
Victoria Gomanyuk, a student of the Faculty of Social and Cultural Service and Tourism, won in the nomination "Digital Technologies" with the project "Development of a digital platform for subjects of the freight transportation market based on the principles of sharing and free competition using AI technologies and the IoT concept."
Vladimir Volkov, a student of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, won in the nomination "New Devices and Intelligent Production Technologies", with the project "Development of a device for separating agricultural waste, operating on the principle of a birotational engine" and Fatima Shidakova, a student of the Faculty of Electrical Power, with the project "Development of a device for ionization of air-water environment in sprayers to reduce costs in the chemical treatment of plants.
Daniil Proskurin, a student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, won in the nomination "Biotechnology" with the project "Development of a bioecologically safe method for the prevention of zooanthroponoses of arachnoentomological etiology."
Natalya Stavitskaya, a student of the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering, won in the nomination "Resource-saving energy" with the project "Development of a digital measuring system for continuous monitoring of the state of oil-filled electrical equipment."
- Students of our university have been participating in the Umnik competition for many years, winning it and receiving funds for the implementation of their projects. Recently, a student of the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering Linara Mazinova entered the federal stage of the competition of the Melnichenko Foundation. Her victory was helped by her earlier victory in the Umnik competition and the means by which she built a prototype of her invention,” said Vladimir Sitnikov, Acting Rector of SSAU.
