The boiling point of Stavropol Agrarian University is recognized as the best in Russia

On December 20 the All-Russian Boiling Point Award organized by the Network Development Department took place. The Entrepreneurial Boiling Point of Stavropol State Agrarian University became the winner in the category "Activity of the Boiling Point Participants". The head of the university Center for Scientific and Technological Creativity of Youth Dmitry Cherkashin was recognized as the "Best Curator of the new team of the Boiling Point".

Over the past year at the Boiling Point of our university more than five hundred events took place. Each of them is a unique event, organized by students and alumni. I congratulate our guys and Dmitry Cherkashin with a deserved victory! I wish our team and all guests, who are united by our point to boil in a new year with ideas and projects for the sake of creation of the technological progressive future, - commented success of a team Acting Rector of StGAU Vladimir Sitnikov.

Boiling point - a developmental space where any user of the Leader-ID platform can organize their own independent and free educational event here - was created first among the agrarian universities at Stavropol State Agrarian University in 2019. Boiling point was created on the basis of ANO "Platform of the National Technological Initiative" all over the country.

This year the boiling point of Stavropol State Agrarian University won the federal grant of the competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for the creation of "Entrepreneurial boiling points" - spaces for the development of student innovative entrepreneurship. In the next three years will receive grant funds for the development of entrepreneurial environment on the basis of "Boiling Point". The current victory is another evidence that the team of the Stavropol Agrarian University has taken the right vector of development.

- I would like to note the tremendous support of the leadership of our university. The projects that we are launching could not have been realized without the help of the rector of the university - Vladimir Nikolaevich Sitnikov, without the understanding of problems by the vice-rector for scientific and innovation work Alexei Nikolaevich Bobryshev. And, of course, everything is implemented with the participation of the deans.

This year was another new point of reference for our team. We won the competition of ANO Platform NTI to create "Entrepreneurial boiling points" - spaces for the development of student innovation entrepreneurship. For us this was the beginning of an interesting path aimed at the development of technological entrepreneurship among young people. Simply put, the scientific and innovative work that takes place at StSAU Boiling Point is now aimed at creating business models that meet the current demands of our core STI markets - FoodNet and EduNet.

I became the best curator in Russia, but I must say that this victory is the merit of absolutely every member of our team. I know that behind my back there are tough guys who are ready to work, develop and make our university even better.
