StSAU evaluated the staffing of rural areas

The Institute of Supplementary Education held the second expert-analytical session "Assessment of the current state of staffing of the agro-industrial complex of the Stavropol Territory" within the program "Priority 2030".

The participants of the meeting represent three regions - Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria and Stavropol Territory. These are scientific and pedagogical workers of agrarian universities located in the North Caucasus, representatives of republican ministries that carry out state policy in the field of labor and employment, implementation of economic policy, agriculture.

Participants of the meeting discussed the results of scientific research, conducted in 2022 by specialists of Think Tank analytical and research center, established in St. Petersburg State Agrarian University within the framework of implementation of the Strategic Academic Leadership "Priority 2030". His work is led by the head of the department of economic security, statistics and econometrics, Professor Alexei Gerasimov. He presented a report on the results of studies conducted to assess the labor market in the agricultural sector of the Stavropol Territory at the design and analytical session.

Separate presentations were made by the staff of the Think tank analytical and research center, associate professors of the department of economic security, statistics and econometrics Elena Kapustina, Yuri Skripnichenko and senior lecturer Ekaterina Lelikova. They described in detail the individual mechanisms of their research and informed the participants about the results obtained.

Boris Semenyak, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Stavropol Krai, and a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Dagestan spoke about the employment situation in agriculture.

The moderator of the scientific event was the head of competence development of Yaroslav the Wise Novgorod State University, associate professor I. V. Andreeanova, a well-known specialist in the field of further professional education. She led the exchange of views of the participants, which was held with the use of modern digital technologies on the platform "Tims".
